At the end of World War 2, Lieut Robert Moore was transferred to the Reserve of Officers. On 1 May 1948 he became the Commanding Officer of 25 Light Aid Detachment, as part of the Citizen Military Force and the Royal Australian Electrical And Mechanical Engineers. He kept a notebook listing the men under his command and kept a record of the camps they attended and date of discharge.
In these notes he uses some abbreviations - P* means Private one star; PRM means Private Recruit Minor; PRA means Private Recruit Adult; M/I 14 means Marched in the 14 day camp for the given year.
